"Star Trek: Insurrection" was released in 1998. It featured the characters "Pickard", "Riker", "Geordi", "Data", "Worf", "Troi", "Ru'afo", "Beverly", and several others.
According to Ronald D. Moore, it turns out that it was a running joke amongst the writers that Worf would never win a hand in poker.

There is very little mention of any languages that Worf speaks in the Star Trek series. We know he speaks at least some Klingon, but because of the use of universal translators, we don't know what Earth languages he speaks.
