That depends on the engine fitted to the Suzuki which wasn't specified in the question. There is a sight glass usually on the right side of the engine with a fill level marked. Let the bike cool then, park the bike on a level surface and hold it upright (not on the stand) while you fill it and have somebody tell you when its at the level.

, in answer to your question, the Nissan engine is fitted with interlocking timing wheels which will last the life of the engine.
Either use the kickstarter, if it has one fitted, or bump start it.
