This depends upon your personal circumstances. If the overpayment is due to an error by the Tax Credit Office, you could argue that you should not have to pay the money back. You will need to consider the TCO's own guidance rules contained in their document COP26. This is often highly debated by IT experts. In terms of licensing only, Linux is much less expensive than Windows: Linux is free of cost as the GPL is a license applied to distribution only. Where it gets fuzzy is in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), some argue Linux is more "expensive" because of training and hardware support, though others argue that for normal users who need to use a few applications those TCO factors are not relevant. In my opinion Windows is much more expensive.
You will be in charge of putting in work orders and possibly report telephone troubles to the telephone trouble desk. You will be the single point of contact between the customer and the phone guys. A Base TCO will typically consolidate all the efforts of the other TCO's and maintain any database or access to the system or systems that the TCO's will use for reporting work order's and troubles. If you need to move a telephone, change/move telephone numbers, add/change or delete any features such as Voicemail, 3-way calling, Ring Again. All of these changes require a work order to complete. You will basically be the point of contact for your unit for any telephone issues. You will need to find out what the customer needs and convey that in a work order. You will have to coordinate with the customer to provide any essential details like, what port/jack/building/room number. Also if there are any building plans or simple drawings to provide to the installer. The TCO will also be the one to communicate to the customer the limitations and why something can or cannot be completed. If there are any work orders that are critical you will need to provide justification and these guys should know what will fly and what won't.
