Wally West was one of the original founders of the Teen Titans with Robin (Dick Grayson), Aqualad (Garth), Speedy (Roy Harper), and Wondergirl (Donna Troy). As you may (or not) know Robin (as seen in the Teen Titans cartoon) was revealed to be the one and only Dick Grayson. I believe that the Kid Flash as seen in the Teen Titans was Wally because he is the same age as Dick Grayson and the other Titans. There were only two Kid Flashes: Wally West and his younger cousin Bart Allen. Bart Allen is the grandson of Wally's Aunt Isis and Uncle Barry (Flash II). Bart is a few years younger than Wally, the same age as Tim Drake/Tim Wayne (Robin III). Also, Wally was a founding member of the Teen Titans but after he became The Flash he joined the Justice League. Lastly, I have only ever seen Bart with brown hair and his famous golden eyes. The Kid Flash seen in the Teen Titans cartoons does not have such features. Besides, it is not as if the directors ever stick exactly to the comics. Any questions?
