The Declaration of Independence is heavily based on john Locke's ideas in his "Second Treatise of Government".
Thomas Jefferson's words: "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" were based on Locke's: "life, liberty and property". The first line of the Declaration that proclaims that "all men are created equal" and that it is our God given right to overthrow governments that aren't governing us properly comes directly from what Locke thought was man's "state of nature" and his idea of the "social contract".
I'm not sure about any others.

Enlightenment philosophers, like John Locke, influenced the colonies by promoting ideas of natural rights, government based on consent of the governed, and the social contract theory. Locke's work, such as his Second Treatise of Government, provided intellectual justification for the colonists' desire for independence and influenced the drafting of important colonial documents such as the Declaration of Independence.
The ideas of the American Revolution came from many influential Enlightenment thinkers, among them John Rosseau, John Locke, and Voltaire.

John Locke! He believed that the government should serve the people. So, it is based off of his ideas.
John Locke opposed absolute monarchy as a form of government. He believed in the idea of limited government that respects individual rights and is based on the consent of the governed. Locke's ideas were influential in the development of modern liberal democracies.
