Best Answer

Reconnecting the vas deferens so that sperm will once again be present in the seminal fluid.

A reverse vasectomy is essentially "untying the tubes".

A vasectomy is where the vas deferens in males is cut and tied to stop the flow of sperm during ejaculation and results in sterilization.

A reverse vasectomy is where the vas deferens is untied and stitched together to allow the flow of sperm during ejaculation and to become fertile again.

Vasectomies, such as tubal ligation in females, is considered permanent by many health care professionals.

Two tubes (called vas) in the scrotum are cut and tied off. That stops sperm getting into the semen (cum). The sperm are reabsorbed by the body. It's a 15-minute operation and you walk out of there. The doctors say it doesn't hurt, but what do they know?
