Holding a guinea pig allot is good especially if it is young so when it is older it can be handled. Dont hold your guinea pig TO much becasue it will make it dislike being around humans.
When a quinea pig is older and you hold it allot i dont think it will matter to much. but sont overdo it like every 1 hour or 2 hours just do it atmost 4 times a day.
