no thats why it protects us from water!
All rain and surface water absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
it removes salt water by the salt water absorbing by the sun . And the sun absorbs the water and then bring it to the clouds and make rain, the rain goes in the water and its saltwater yet again
When water vapour condenses into water droplets during rain it absorbs heat thus making the environment cool. Why so? - Quora When water vapour condenses into water droplets during rain it absorbs heat thus making the environment cool. Why so? Spandan Mallick, Save Water... save life!

yes well acid rain is when rain absorbs kinds of pollutants so it can pretty much harm living and nonliving parts of the ecosystem so if the polluted water gets evaporated it can rain and soil absorbs it and it falls into lakes so the fishes and flowers can be harmed.
Acid rain is caused by emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, which react with the water molecules in the atmosphere to produce acids.
It is because of the heat that evaporates only the pure water and not the salt's from the oceanAnswer:Rainwater is not necessarily pure even though it starts out as "distilled" water vapor. Each rain drop starts out by condensing around a bit of dust or pollen, it then absorbs gases from the atmosphere (carbon dioxide for all rain and sulfurous and nitrous oxides for acid rain). Once falling it washes out dust and other particulates suspended in the air (some rains are red from dust they pick up)
The ice absorbs heat from the water, which is why it melts

If water absorbs a large amount of energy it boils.
Soil absorbs it faster Xd
