The Bible is not just a single book with just one author, so the actions and qualities attributed to God inevitably differ from book to book and author to author. Even in the Book of Genesis, which scholars generally believe to have been written by three principal authors, ascribes different actions and qualities to God. These authors were anonymous but are now known to scholars as the Yahwist, the Elohist and the Priestly Source.
Jesus is God and was also human. As a human he suffered much like all humans do. That is why we can say God suffered in his human form. We cannot attribute human qualities to God the Father, only to God the Son who was both man and God.

In the Bible, the prophet Amos helped preach the word of God to the Israelite people. He explained to them that God held all of His people to the same standards, and that all of His people were held accountable for their actions equally, with no favoritism to any specific group.
We should completely except God as King and ruler for eternity.
I'm not exactly sure if it is biblical related but most associate it with eternal ruler which could be like an attribute to god. God is the an eternal leader so being given the name of an attribute to god is a way of respect for god.
