Lon Chaney, Jr. played the Wolfman in the movie by that name and also in "House of Frankenstein" (1944); Frankenstein's monster in "Ghost of Frankenstein" (1942); and the mummy in "The Mummy's Tomb" (1942) and "The Mummy's Ghost" and "The Mummy's Curse" (both 1944). I don't believe he ever played Count Dracula but he did play the SON of the Count in "Son of Dracula" (1943). All these films were produced by Universal.
British actor Christopher Lee played Frankenstein's monster in "The Curse of Frankenstein" (1957); the mummy in "The Mummy" (1959); and Count Dracula in several films, beginning with "Dracula" (1958; released in the US as "Horror of Dracula"). All of these were produced by UK studio Hammer Films. I don't think he ever played a werewolf.
Best I can do.
Bella Lugosi.
Bella Lugosi is famous for playing Dracula but the only one to play all three roles is
Lon Chaney jr.

I believe mti will eventually hold the rights but they haven't been released for amateur performance yet.
Because he awake at night and had nothing better to do. You see, Count Dracula had friends in Frankenstein, The Mummy and Tom Cruise. He got sick of Tom Cruise's attitude and was like "Danga doop dang dizzle. I vant to suck your blood". Chinga chang.
The movie Van Helsing gives us a struggle between Van Helsing, the fearless vampire killer, and count Dracula, the vampire; this is a much more elaborate version of the story told originally by Bram Stoker in his famous novel Dracula. In this movie werewolves and the Frankenstein monster also get involved. It is almost a summation of all the monster movies of the 1950's (except that there is no mummy).
