the disadvantage of having magnesium alloys is because they are very sensitive and can be burned and can be cut with a knife
You cannot 'burn' MgO, it is refactory. I take it you mean burning Magnesium metal in oxygen - if so the answer is that the magnesium is oxidised to MgO and the oxygen is reduced - all reduction/oxidation ('redox') reactions are coupled - if something is oxidised the other is reduced.
Magnesium reacts with steam faster than cold water because magnesium needs to burn to get magnesium oxide and to get magnesium oxide there has to be heat and since steam is already heated it doesn't need much time, but the cold water needs time to heat first to react.
when it reacts with leadoxide it become magnesuim oxide. this is because they lead and magnesuim have undergone a REDOx (reduction and Oxidation). the lead has been reduced and they magnesium has be oxidised!!!!!
Cobalt oxide can be reduced by hydrogen to form cobalt metal. Manganese dioxide can be reduced by hydrogen to form manganese metal. Magnesium oxide cannot be reduced by hydrogen. Calcium oxide cannot be reduced by hydrogen.

The advantage is that the wage bill is reduced, the disadvantage of the retrenchment growth strategy is that a firm may loses employee without reaching their full potential.
An advantage in changes in matters is that change can sometimes raise efficiency. A disadvantage is that the change can initially result in reduced productivity.

schering bribge is used to find the capacitance across the bridge. As the used in this bridge are less the cost is also reduced when compared to other bridges.
An advantage of moldboard is how it effectively buries the old surface of crops. A disadvantage is that this method of plowing requires a lot of energy resources.
Advantage: Deadlock prevention techniques eliminate the possibility of deadlock occurring in a system, ensuring system availability and preventing resource wastage. Disadvantage: Deadlock prevention techniques may lead to reduced system performance or resource utilization, as they often involve overhead in terms of additional checks or restrictions on resource allocation.
