As soon as the wings are feathered and they are trying to fly. It's just dead feather so it really doesn't matter.
in the first two weeks you will notice feathers.
Parakeets usually live between 5-7 years, but it is possible that they can live up to 12 years. Good care will help increase the life of the parakeet as a pet. :)
They have cliped wings
can sun parakeet have 15 decimetre wings
If you had your parakeet's wings clipped then they are probably growing back now. Your Parakeet might be flapping to see if he or she can fly again yet. All species of birds occasionally flap their wings around as a form of stretching exercises. So your parakeet may be stretching or exercising, which is good as it helps their lungs, chest and wings develop.
around 25 clicks (kilometers)
maybe, it really depends on how you hold it and if it's wings are clipped

If the parakeet is also holding its wings out away from its body, the parakeet is too hot. You can spritz the bird LIGHTLY with cool, NOT cold, water and it will help. If you have a bird bath you can attach to the cage, or that the parakeet can use inside your home, that would be good also. Never put a parakeet in direct sunlight on days when the weather is 100 degrees F or over. They are also sensitive to cold. If the bird is wheezing but is not holding its wings out, it might be a good idea to take it to a veterinarian, because it may be sick.

The cat is a big meanie head! Tell it to stop or get its front nails cliped.

What do you think will happen? It will burst into flames, then melt? lol {no im not mocking you} All that could possibly happen is the parakeet will just get mad and try to fly away {run away if wings are clipped}
