well, there's no set time date. however it always eventually turns into aids which you usually die within 10 years. although i know someone who's survived for 26 years with aids. it depends on the persons age/health and how good their immune system is. typically from contracting hep c all the way until they die of aids (or a really bad flu when their immune system is down) that persons wil most likely live with the disease for around 20 years.
