Your Great Dane, or any dog for that matter, should never be let off lead unless in a fenced in area that has been inspected for anything dangerous. A dog, at any age, should be kept on lead for its safety.

Well, to let you know ...... I have a Graet Dane and he does not have webbed feet. I had lots of dogs in my time and none of them EVER had webbed feet.
