When a girl should wear a bra is not based on a certain age. She should wear a bra when her breasts start showing.
Most girls get bra's at the age of 11 or 12
girls should get a padded bra when they need one ie. when you can see their nipples through their shirt, oor when the are sagging what ever age they are does not matter it matters more if they really need one or not.
Well, hello fellow reader :) I am 10 and I wear a girls first bra So do my class mates Normally girls wear crop tops/sports bra at the age of 9-12 You should really wear a first bra from 10-12 And people recommend a real bra at the age of 11- and onwards It depends. My friend tried a real bra. She said they were uncomfortable My other friends tried a first bra. We think they are quite comfortable :) Some can be uncomfortable. If you need them then wear them Some kids wear them at 8 years of age :)

No! I'm a guy. But seriously, girls at their puberty age should always wear a bra, so that their breasts got a support. Latter on, it will be your choice. Generally girls with small breast often don't wear a bra. Women with bigger breasts, always wear a bra to support their breasts, and because it looks better.
you can get a bra measure from primark
One cannot determine when to start wearing a real bra by the girls age, it all depends on weather you need it or not, but usually girls start to wearing training bras/ crop tops underneath their shirts when they are 10-12 years of age, then you start to wear a normal bra when you feel that you need one.
people grow at different stages but twelve is most likely when girls start but girls get breasts big enough to fit into standard size cups at thirteen. but who knows? everyone is different. :)
There isn't really an age that you should wear a C cup bra! some women will never wear a C cup. Im an adult now and I wear a B cup. Some of my friends wear A cups. When i was 13 some girls were wearing C and even D cups. Everyone is different, and all breasts are different shapes and sizes, this is why there are so many bras out there! When you're older you may wear a C cup, or you may only need an A or a B! I hope this was a help to you!
If your bra makes it hard to breath in, you should wear a larger band size bra. If your boobs don't fit in the cups of your bra, you should wear a larger cup size.
