Any age, it's rated PG so preferably be with a parent or guardian while watching because there may be some brief fights and mild language and what not. I saw it and it's a great movie, but not for little kids, they wouldn't understand, tweens, teens, and adults should watch it, not children.

A goofy movie is rated G meaning it should be appropriate for all audiences. It's a funny and silly cartoon that should not be inapropriate for any age.
