This honestly depends on the individual situation. In my opinion, and I am only 22 years old, the child should not stay over at her boyfriend's residence until she is 18 years of age, and in turn, moved out of her parent's house. It is about instilling responsibility in the child/teenager. You have to structure it around them, and help to guide them into it.
they should be aloud when they are over the age of 13
In Arkansas, there is no specific legal age outlined for a child to stay alone overnight. It is ultimately up to the parents to determine if their child is responsible and mature enough to stay alone overnight. It is recommended that parents consider factors such as the child's age, maturity level, and their ability to handle emergencies before allowing them to stay alone overnight.
There is currently not a law that specifies the age a child has to be to stay home alone overnight. It is left up to the parents to decide if their child is mature enough to handle it.

The age of the child is less important as is their development status. If the child is able to stay in the bed without rolling over and out of the side, then it is okay to let them sleep in there.
