I found over twenty queens named Isabella, but they included only two who were alive during the lifetime of Hildegard of Bingen, and neither was over age nine at the time of Hildegard's death. Certainly, the one Queen Isabella most people know of, Isabella of Leon and Castile, was not alive for a couple centuries.
