In medieval times it is likely that a cook did not receive a salary. Generally, the cook would work for room and board with little or no time off.

To be more specific medicine was what they thought would work. A lot of the medicine did work in their own way. But most of them did not.
In medieval times peasants would farm the land, as well as do general repair work and labor work. Everyone would fetch water, as there was no running water.
You had to do stuff.
Medieval is a time period and didn't work. The largest group worked the land as serfs, then there were merchants, priests, and nobles.
It would depend on the particular kind of 'Wright' they were.
most of the time you have your own practice. but some work in children's hospitals. but most of the time they have their own building and some share it like business partners.
In the Middle Ages, dental work was done by barbers and general physicians. Given the state of European medicine of the time, I am not sure which I would choose.
In keeping with their skills and strength children would do the work of an adult.
