Is evolution of gas upon boiling water with magnesium strips a chemical change?

A chemical change is a change in which molecular composition of taken reactants changes. If water decomposes to hydrogen and oxygen then it is a chemical change while freezing or boiling of water is a physical change as it's composition remains same. Now if we take the case of boiling water with magnesium strips a colorless and odorless gas is evolved which can be collected using suitable arrangements. The colorless gas can be only water vapor or hydrogen( from decomposition of water ) or it can be a mixture of both of them. If we remove the water vapor using desiccating agent from the collected gas and them test the gas for combustion we will find that it is a supporter of combustion. This shows that gas is not water vapor but hydrogen. But hydrogen was not taken initially, hence we conclude that hydrogen was produced due to decomposition of water. Since the composition has changed so it is concluded that a chemical change has occurred. Here is the chemical equation :Mg + 2H2O --> Mg(OH)2 + H2

What do you call the person who carries out the agent of change's instructions?

The person who carries out the agent of change's instructions is commonly referred to as an implementer. The primary role of an implementer is to ensure that the changes proposed by the agent of change are properly executed, and that the desired outcome is achieved. Implementers often focus on the most efficient and cost-effective way to implement a change, and typically have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They are also responsible for communicating the progress of the change to the agent of change, and for troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The responsibilities of implementers can be broken down into the following categories: Organizing and planning the change process Identifying potential risks and making contingency plans Developing an implementation timeline Coordinating the resources needed to carry out the change Actively monitoring the change process Troubleshooting any problems that arise Communicating updates and progress to the agent of changeThe success of a change initiative depends greatly on the effectiveness of its implementer. An experienced and knowledgeable implementer can be the difference between a successful change and an unsuccessful one.

What is the most important agent(s) of metamorphism?

Metamorphism is the change in the structure or composition of rocks. The most important agents of metamorphism are heat and pressure.

What is the most efficient agent of metamorphism?

Heat is the most efficient agent of metamorphism.

What type of rock is meta-conglomerate?

the meta conglomerate is a metamorphic rock it's mineral composition is from quartz & it has a non- foliated texture, it's formed via temprature (the agent of metamorphism) & the type of metamorphism is said to be "thermal" & the pre-metamorphic rock is conglomerate.

Is heat an agent of metamorphism?

yes

Which is not an agent of metamorphism?

running water

What is the agent of contact metamorphism?

HEAT

An agent of metamorphism resulting from the weight of rocks above?

Pressure

The primary agent of contact metamorphism is?

The primary agent of contact metamorphism is heat. Pressure and chemically active fluids are also very important in this process.

Describe how pressure acts as an agent of metamorphism?

Metamorphic rock is formed by intense heat and pressure. Pressure compresses and changes the composition and appearance of these types of rocks. For example, whether pressure is evenly applied or not determines if metamorphic rocks are foliated.
