Depending on the age of the girl I would reccommend birthdayexpress.com. They have specific ideas for a rockstar party as well as many supplies for this very specific occasion. Another site to try would be www.Etsy.com and look in the search engine for rockstar party supplies, and many creative, unique ideas come up and some sellers are very inexpensive.
