the answer to this question is "no" people who live at a retirement residence have to be able to live independantly with little daily assistance from staff. the guidelines that determine what level a person is capable is assessed by medical personnel.If you dont fit the bill then you are directed to a nursing facility.

An RN deals with nearly all ailments and diseases that come their way. There isn't a specific lists of ailments and diseases that they do not deal with. RNs work in a variety of locations, from hospitals to private homes.
