By sea animals eating off of kelp or known as seaweed
kelp, kelp, kelp, kelp, kelp, kelp, kelp, kelp, and most importantly....... Drum roll please!!!........KELP
Kelp sinks only when small sacks of air attached to the plant are broken. If the sacks are broken while it is alive, it will sink and die. If the kelp dies, but the air sacks are not broken, it will float until enough are broken to make the kelp too heavy for the amount of air in the sacks. However if it is dead for a long time, sometimes weeks or months, it will decay enough for the sacks to rupture. The bottom line is that kelp rarely sinks soon after it dies, it will most often end up on shore.
They help us because they give off the air we need to breath. They help us because they give off the air we need to breath.
carbon dioxide
They can cause problems for the kelp by sticking to it and feeding off there energy source. Also by not letting go and causing the kelp to sink to the bottom and not get the sun light it needs.

Great Kelp
As with measuring anything in mg you can just find a scale small enough to place your "dry kelp" on and put on or take off kelp until you've reached the desired amount.
Most air fresheners give off a small to make your place smell great. They want you to enjoy the smell to get rid of any bad scents the you dont like. But if you dont like when air fresheners give off smells get the ones with no scent. if there is one.
