I believe MSG was only put on DVD, not CD
I don't know off-hand, but Bon Jovi doesn't generally fetch a lot of money. Most record stores sell vinyl from that era between $5-30, $30 being for things that are somewhat rare and/or in high demand. May be slightly higher for a never-been-played album. Bon Jovi is not exactly in high demand. However, if you were looking to sell it, I would put it on eBay since Bon Jovi just appeared on American idol. Due to the timing, I think there will be a slight boost in his popularity, temporarily driving up prices.

Both. If you have a single on your iPod you could put the single artwork on it. Or if you have an album on there, you can put album artwork on it. But putting both on a single sometimes doesn't work. (A ten-year-old answered this)
The first album was Led Zeppelin in 1969
