Medical Marijuana does not have an amendment nor does it fall under the constitutional amendments. This is a states right issue and policies would fall under the states jurisdiction.
It is used for only people who have medical marijuana cards. The marijuana is grown commercially. This drug can be prescribed by a doctor legally. You can smoke it legally then because it is medical marijuana. But only if your doctor prescribes it.
Yes strongly, if you take medical marijuana and compare it's effects to that of sstreet marijuana, you'll notice that the medical is much stronger. Medical, Chronic, or Hydroponic is what you wanna go for, trust me.
No, you cannot get a prescription for medical marijuana in Virginia. Virginia does not currently allow any use of marijuana, medically or not, as it is illegal. Doctors are not allowed to prescribe it.
If you are in any of the states that have legalized medicinal marijuana, you can go to The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation. They have clinics that travel from town to town to help you get a prescription for medical marijuana. Go to hemp.org, or look up THCF on google. Cannachef
You need parental consent to get a medical marijuana card if you're under 18 in CA. Meaning your parents will have to go with you to the doctors appt. Since you're in CA, check out MMEC- they've got 7 offices where you can get a card in CA (they're legit): http://www.marijuanamedicine.com
One must work in a collective or cooperative dispensary agent to distribute marijuana.
That depends on where you are and where you are flying. If you are flying between states, then marijuana is considered to be completely illegal and they will treat it as such. If you are flying within a state where medical marijuana is allowed, someone may be able to get away with it, depending on airline policies. The short answer is: Not in most cases.
No marijuana is not allowed in Maryland. There is medical marijuana in Maryland. Added: There is what is called an "affirmative defense" in Maryland for medical marijuana users. This is different than legal medical marijuana. What it means is that if you were to go to court for a marijuana offense, you could bring up medical necessity as a defense. This will only work if you can show an established relationship with a physician who has given their recommendation for use. Good luck with that.
This is a long process, I will give you a short answer here though. First, you need to live in a state that allows the use of medicinal marijuana. You also need to be diagnosed by a doctor with a disease that would warrant the use of medical marijuana. After you have done this the doctor will decide if this treatment is best for you and finally prescribe it if they decide it is necessary. I believe that in most states where the use is allowed that there are certain places you need to go, and generally they will give you an id card saying you are allowed to posses the marijuana for medical reasons along with you marijuana.
I'm assuming no, the military has a zero tolerance level for anything marijuana related and if you have a medical marijuana card, you most likely have a debilitating medical condition that makes you ineligible anyway, otherwise you're cheating the system and they don't want liars either. Sorry.
They will just stop giving you marijuana you might go to jail I'm not sure, and if you were selling medical marijuana you probably wouldn't be getting much money because the government only gives you one plant and medical marijuana doesn't give you the same high, it doesn't have the same chemicals that street marijuana.
