the amp wont work.Check the power fuse first.If this is ok, there is generally another fuse inside the amp that will need checking

I was looking at the 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Owner Guide and it shows : In the fuse panel IN the drivers end of the dash : ( # 33 is a 15 amp fuse for the headlamps , Daytime Running Light module , and instrument cluster ) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment : ( # 24 is a 25 amp fuse for the headlamps ) ( # 31 is a 15 amp fuse for the Daytime Running Lamps ) ( # 38 is a 10 amp fuse for the left low beam ) ( # 42 is a 10 amp fuse for the right low beam )
