Most power outlets are fused for 15 amps.
In the inside fuse pannel
what year was geo prisms made
yes they are
The answer for the header is no. Geo Storms, Geo Metros and Geo Prisms were manufactured by 3 different companies. Storms were rebadged Isuzu Impulses ... Prisms were rebadged Toyota Sprinters .. and Metros were rebadged Suzuki Swifts ... hence no interchangeability of those parts. Hope this helped, sorry it was a no answer though.
yes because of the year you will not pass inspection but the fuse should be the one also used for the cigarette lighter usually they are 30 amp fuses
If you want to push it you should put in neutral. Otherwise there are chargers that charge through the cigarette lighter/power outlet that you might be able to use.
Just check your fuse box. If it's not labeled, pull the fuses one at a time and check them. Are you sure the lighter is burned out in the socket?? A lot of times the element goes bad and you can get a new one at Autozone or Advance Auto Parts. They're cheap too.
Try replacing the Accesory fuse. On a 99 the accesory fuse handles the radio and lighter.
Look in your owners manual... there is usually a lay out in there near the back of the book.
u radio needs a reset code if u do not have this u have to pull radio out and get serial numbers call or go to dealer and they should be able to give u code and proceedure to program it again
I have a Geo Storm and my fuse box is under my hood on the left side upper corner. There is also a fuse box by the drivers left foot on the side wall under an easily removable cover (no tools needed). That is the location of the "Cigar lighter" fuse.
geo is human geo and physical geo
