in growth the organism gets larger, in development the organism gets more complex
Growth usually refers to a noticeable increase in the size of the organism or a specific part of the organism. It is usually macroscopically apparent, i.e. you can observe it with a naked eye.
Development is a broader term then growth. Growth is a type of development. Some developments do not correlate with overall increase in size of the organism or its parts. For example, during early human development (right after birth), the neurons in the brain start to make critical connections, which give later adult functions, such as vision. This is considered as a DEVELOPEMENT, but it is usually not regarded as growth, because 1) you can observe it without advanced instrument 2) it doesn't cause increase of size of anything.

Growing is increasing and getting bigger. Development is improving.
Human growth deals with just the physical aspects of development. Human development includes human growth, but also takes into consideration the psychological aspects of development.
Suppose a farmer makes from 10 acres to 100 acres within 20 years of period it is a growth but no development. If he educates his children and makes them as educated family it is development.
Internal development happens within the body such as organ growth. External growth can be considered to be skin, facial hair, and height. Is that what you are looking for?
what is the difference between growth and expansion
Growth refers to physical changes, such as increase in size or weight, while development is a broader term that encompasses physical, cognitive, emotional, and social changes over time. Growth is more measurable and visible, whereas development involves more complex changes in skills, knowledge, and abilities.
