A spider?
During development of a jellyfish, this mysterious sea animal goes through a stage of having 24 legs and no eyes. A jellyfish spends it's entire life in the water.
The equatorial blue nosed spider monkey has twelve legs and is found in South America.
a monkeyta has 4 legs, and 4 eyes, and a spider has 8 legs and 8 eyes, but i don't know of any that have 4 legs and 8 eyes
The number of legs an animal has certainly does affect how that animal moves. If the animal has two legs they are limited in movement to what those two legs can do.
An animal with legs might be called a biped or a quadruped. An animal without legs can move in a two-anchor movement or in a lateral undulation movement.
