Incisors are the first kind of tooth in heterond mammals.
Animal teeth are the means by which an animal obtains and first processes its food. Therefore if your food is grass your front teeth have to be able to grip and 'crop' the grass. In many cases this means that the top teeth disappear and are replaced by a rubbery pad which can grip the grass between this and the lower teeth. Then the back teeth have to grind up the cropped grass so that it can be digested so the back teeth are flat and broad. With rodents the teeth have to gnaw at things so they have evolved to continuously grow. With meet eating animals the front teeth have evolved into fangs which can grip and kill prey and the back teeth are small, and angled like sharp scissors to cut the meet off the killed animal.
front teeth have a thin shape to cut food when you bite. flatter teeth in the back crush food as u chew.
Animals that have broad and sharp teeth in the front, followed by broad flat teeth inside are likely herbivores. Some examples of such animals include cows, horses, and elephants. The sharp front teeth help to cut and tear vegetation, while the flat back teeth are used for grinding and chewing food.
They are for cutting up your food. For biting off a piece of food to chew with the back teeth.
Omnivores typically have a mix of sharp front teeth for tearing meat and flat back teeth for grinding plant matter. They may also have some pointed teeth for a variety of food choices such as fruits, vegetables, and meats. Overall, their teeth are adapted for a versatile diet that includes both plant and animal foods.
they use their front teeth and eat
Tear it apart!
the front teeth sre for ripping the food, the back teeth are for grinding the food
Obviously, they look very different, considering the fact that the front teeth are used for biting, while the back teeth are used for tearing and chewing food. The front teeth are thinner and 'taller' while the back teeth are blunt and wide
they cut in to food like meat but the molars grind and crush food
Your front teeth, 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom, are called incisors, and are used to grip, tear, and cut food into smaller pieces.
