Understory - The Middle LayerSmaller trees, bushes, and plants such as ferns, live in the understory. Not much sunlight reaches here, because the canopy blocks the sun. Still, many birds and animals make their home in the understory. Forest wildcats, such as the leopard, are excellent tree climbers. They will chase monkeys and squirrels through the understory for food.
Facts about the black panther include that it is found in North America, Asia, China, Nepal, and Africa. They have 32 teeth and are excellent climbers.
They can really climb really fast actually, I called a The Critter Guy that is based here in Ontario because there is one raccoons that chilling on tall tree and I got scared but it turns out that they can really climb out to anything.
Animals can benefit people in their daily lives in so many ways. Dogs and cats for example can prove to be excellent companions.

They are excellent climbers, due in part to their possession of a prehensile tail, and also due to their very sharp claws. These claws enable th pygmy possum to quickly and efficiently scramble up straight tree trunks.
