Napolean, I think.
In George Orwell's Animal Farm, the events on the farm led to neighboring farms trying to discredit the farm. This is an allegory to the west trying to discredit communism.
The pigs, particularly Snowball and Napoleon, taught the other animals to read and write in "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. They believed that education was essential in achieving their goal of a successful animal-led society.
The pigs, led by Snowball and Napoleon.
No they did not, in animal farm the animals never reach the utopia that old major described due to the tyranny and corruption of napoleon who led the animals in to dark times of work and hunger whilst fueling his selfishness and greed.
Animal Farm is about Communism, with characters that represent Marx and Stalin. Communism (WWI) led to WWII, which is, obviously, directly related to the Holocaust because it was then that Adolf Hitler gained power in a then Nazi Germany where the Holocaust took place.
In Chapter 8 of "Animal Farm," Frederick tricks Napoleon by paying him with counterfeit money for a pile of timber. Napoleon later discovers the counterfeit money and decides to attack Frederick's farm, Pinchfield. However, Frederick and his men are prepared for the attack and end up blowing up the windmill on Animal Farm. This event symbolizes the betrayal and manipulation that often occur in political power struggles.
Jones led the other farmers from Foxwood and Pichfield in the animal farm to reclaim it back. However, the animals had long planned for this and were already well prepared. Led by snowball, They eventually won the battle and as it took place at the cowshed, it was named the Battle of Cowshed. Then as their victory, they changed the names of the animal farmhouse from Manor farm to Animal farm. They also took Mr. Jones gun which was left after the battle, and they hung it on top of the farmhouse as a symbol of victory. They also said that every year, the gun was to be fired twice, once on the date when battle of cowshed occured and then again when Old major had past away. They also hung Old Major's skull on "animal Farm's" wall.
The title "Animal Farm" symbolizes the setting of the novel where animals rebel against human oppression and establish their own society. It reflects the theme of power dynamics and corruption, highlighting how even in a society led by animals, the same patterns of inequality and manipulation can emerge.
The pigs of Animal Farm were an allegory of the leaders of the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 in Russia led by Leon Trotsky and Joseph Stalin.Just as Mr. Jones was treating the animals unfairly, the revolutionists claimed that the leaders of the Russian Provisional Government was treating them unfairly. The Rebellion in Animal Farm satirized the Bolshevik Revolution. When the revolutionists defeated the Russian Provisional Government, the leaders established the Soviet Union and created a communist government, stating that all that were with the Union were equal. This is represented in Animal Farm by the animal's takeover of Mr. Jones' farm and creating their own set of rules where "all animals are equal".With the establishment of the Soviet Union, the revolutionists, Trotsky and Stalin, were proclaimed the leaders, just as the pigs, especially Snowball and Napoleon, were the leaders of Animal Farm. Trotsky, who is represented by Snowball was slowly gaining more trust from the public which aroused suspicion in Stalin, who is represented by Napoleon. Stalin decides to exile Trotsky by making the public believe Trotsky was against them. This is analogous to Snowball being chased off by Napoleon and his guard dogs in Animal Farm. With Snowball and Trotsky removed, Napoleon and Stalin were declared the sole leaders of Animal Farm and the Soviet Union, respectively. Through a series of plans, both the governments of Animal Farm and the Soviet Union turn corrupt, treating their followers poorly and brutally. In the end, under the rule of Napoleon and Stalin, Animal Farm and the Soviet Union become exactly what they were rebelling against in the first place.
The problem with the wood deal in Animal Farm was that Napoleon, the pig in charge, secretly traded the timber to Frederick in exchange for counterfeit money. This led to the animals being cheated and the farm suffering a financial loss.
The pigs on the farm, led by Napoleon, were the ones who made the decision to subject the other animals to bondage and oppressive conditions. They exploited their power to control and manipulate the other animals for their own benefit.
Old Major's dream made the animals realize that they were treated unfairly. One night when Jones forgets to feed the animals, they rebel and chase off the men after being punished for trying to get their food.
