First, Selene wasn't a goddess, she was a Titan, the daughter of Hyperion and Theia, and the sister to Helios. Not all of the Greek deities had sacred animals, Selene being one of them.

^ Not true. First, Selene was a Titan-goddess. There was such thing as being both at once. Also, white horses, bulls and oxen are sacred to Selene. Some myths state that her chariot was pulled by either white winged horses or bulls. The horns of a bull represents the crescent moon. A symbol which Selene wore on her head in statuary. A herd of oxen were also given to Selene as a gift from one of her few lovers, the god Pan. Whoever answered this question first really needs to know what their talking about before answering questions.
