If you're looking for a title, animals that eat plants exclusively are called herbivores and animals that eat both plants and meat are omnivores.

Animals that eat only meat are carnivores, but in truth a lot of animals will eat plants on occasion, even if they're carnivores.

If you're looking for types: Birds, raccoons, possums and other scavengers eat fruits and vegetables. So do bears, pigs, goats...

Most animals that are herbivores don't eat fruits and vegetables the way we do, they eat grass and plant leaves.
