For an anti-malware program, I would suggest downloading Malware-Bytes. It is free and very effective. It utilizes heuristics analysis to help find viruses that have not been discovered yet by finding tell-tale signs of virus activity (writes to executable programs, access requests to restricted areas of the hard drive, etc).
For an anti-spyware program, I would suggest SpyWare Blaster, as yet again, it is free and worth your while.
Yes, a spyware can be removed by an antivirus. Antivirus are designed to detect and clean threats present in your computer. Antivirus has libraries of virus signature that contains footprints and data that a virus may contain. Antivirus software will scan each file and check its virus signature database to find any match for any virus signature. Antivirus will attempt to clean or delete the spyware if possible. If you are running a full system scan, try running it as administrator to avoid cleaning errors.
You can find it in this store. Yes it worth it, it help you save a lot of money in the long run. It's worth buying because it's a software that can help you out.
I don't think you can get a virus from online bingo, but it is always worth having an updated anti virus software installed on your computer to make sure, as new and smarter virus's are being developed all the time.
Get a GOOD spyware and malware cleaner ( even worth buying one.)DO NOT "use any spyware cleaner" as some are spyware or adware themselves. Do some diligent research first, on the 'net and in computer magazines. I have Malware Bytes and Bitdefender. Both are very good.
Some software's have to have Internet, But that isn't worth it. Sometimes if they need Internet, they may be trying to connect to a virus! if u have something like that, you should uninstall it.
If it is compatible with your system, does the job you need it to do, and doesn't have any security flaws or major bugs, then yes.

yes. every computer has anti virus installed on it. EDIT: Not EVERY computer has anti-virus installed on it. They may/may not have a demo but not every computer has anti-virus. You must buy the software and install it yourself.
It's hard to say if the PS Vita is worth buying unless you are the one buying it. I am a 50 year old grandmother so to me, it wouldn't be worth buying. If you really want a new game system and you have researched the value of the PS Vita and still want it, then it is worth buying for you.
The top billing software according to the site toptenreviews is Billquick. This got excellent marks and review from them and so ought to be good. It is worth doing an individual comparison with the others before buying.
My personal opinion is that the PS Vita is not worth buying.
