The other disciples therefore said to him, "We have seen the Lord." So he said to them, "Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.

One tenet of the creed is that Jesus was resurrected from death. "Rose again from the dead" is not intended to mean that this happened twice.
Al the disciples saw Jesus , after he rose from the dead, once Thomas was not there but he came and showed himself to Thomas as well. And showed the nail and spear marks on his body.
The jobs that most of the 12 apostles did before they met Jesus involved tax gathering and fishing. But when Jesus rose from the dead and after Pentecost, they were all witnesses of his resurrection, and as Jesus said, they were "fishers of men."
It only means he came back to life AGAIN. He was born of a virgin, lived for 30 years, died, and rose again.
All the apostles do agree that Jesus was born and died for us and rose again.
Out of a total of eleven disciples in all, as Judas Iscariot had committed suicide, it was Thomas who was not in the room when Jesus did appear. Thomas failed to believe that Jesus came alive from the dead. Soo the phrase Doubting Thomas.
The day Jesus arose from the dead is called Easter.
Jesus rose from the dead in Jerusalem and spent several days in the region. (John 20). He also visited the Sea of Galilee to see His Apostles and reinstate Peter (John 21).
