It is not possible to use iTunes App Store apps on a Blackberry device. Apps from the iTunes App Store are only compatible with Apple's iPhones and iPod Touches. Some developers create versions of their iPhone / iPod Touch apps for other devices (like Blackberry and Android); if there is an app you are interested in, check with the app's developer to see if the app is offered on your platform of choice.
Incredibly. The App Store is monitored by Apple. Nothing shows up on the App Store without Apple's approval. All apps are tested to see if they work, if they contain viruses and other malware and to see if they perform as they are marketed to. If they fail these requirements, it will be sent back to the developer to correct before a re-approval.

You can log into the app store through your iPad and download them straight to your iPad from the app store. Otherwise you would use the free iTunes software (See links below) to sync the apps (and other media) to the iPad.
