There are three main types, synarthrotic, amphiarthrotic, and diarthrotic also known as synovial or freely moving joints. Of these there are six types (2 types of monoaxial, 2 types of biaxial, and 2 types of multiaxial). These include the ball and socket, saddle, hinge, pivot, glide, and ellipsoidal. All the joint types in the body fall into these categories.
The body produces waste everyday.(obviously!) to rid this waste from your body it builds in your bowels until it is enough to release.
