Firstly there is more than one metabolic reaction, the term simply means pathways of reaction that build up and/or breakdown complex molecules. So all cells have many metabolic pathways each with many reactions and many waste products. For this reason the question is unanswerable.

Metabolic wastes are leftover substances from excretory processes that the organism cannot make use of. Some are simply excreted because they are excess while others must be excreted because they are lethal. Toxic metabolic wastes include the nitrogen wastes of ammonia, uric acid, and urea.
