There aren't any animals that have 4 lives although there is an idiom that says, "Cats have 9 lives." This idiom means that cats have 9 lives because every time they live, most of them die because they are so curious that they enter places where they can die, so the idiom basically means if you give a cat 9 chances of life it will never realize that it has died repeatedly and therefore will never stop being curious. So again, there is no such thing for animals to have 4 or multiple lives.
