well i only know one really good one, i am only in 6th grade, but rubber is a really good one
I'm guessing this question stems from the fact that water conducts electricity well. This is actually a misconception. Pure water does not conduct electricity at all. It is only the impurities in water that conduct electricity. Even if it did conduct electricity, there would still be no shock because it only conducts electricity, not generates it. If there is no generator, there is no electricity. The other possibility is that this question comes from the fact that water is a polar molecule and is attracted by a magnet. Again, polar molecules have nothing to do with electricity. It has more to do with intermolecular forces (viscosity, surface tension, etc.).

I forgot!! but i did study this in grade 5
the most materials get closer they have space that r range to 5*10-15 (10 raise to -15)mrange of atomic diameter or less than that
1.rubber 2.glass 3.plastic 4.wood 5.cloths This are some materials that electricity not flow through (I think)
It is classified as a "conductor", yes, but it isn't a very good one. It conducts electricity about 5 times worse than copper does.
You will need these materials: 5 volt battery 5 volt battery clip buzzer wires to connect
1 it can be used as an ignition source 2 lightning is a form of static electricity 3 is caused by rubbing 2 or more materials against each other
There are at least three metals that qualify: mercury, gallium, and cesium.

they attract electricity. Metal (especially tall metal things like ladders, cell towers, etc etc) will attract lightning - as do larger bodies of water. The safest place in an electrical storm is (if you can't be inside your house) as low down in valley as you can get - high things tend to attract lightning, so don't stand under a tree. Your car is safe as well, so long as you don't step outside - the tires will ground you from any danger.
No. In the U.K. there is a 5% tax on domestic gas and electricity.
Based upon the cost of Electricity about .5 kilowatt
