There are really only two ways to increase heart rate:
1) increased cardiac (venous) return - usually due to exercise.
2) the sympathetic nervous system.
It is possible to subdivide the sympathetic response, (fear, embarrassment, etc) but that's just artificial.
heart rate of seven year old girl with fever of 102
Ballet is an extremely good workout for toning muscles, flexibility and fitness as you increase your heart rate a lot. I do ballet 7 days a week and it is highly enjoyable.

No, that is within normal range.
The average resting heart rate for a 7yr old is 100bpm, normal limits are within 70-110bpm.
When you run or exercise or drugs or just emotions -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When you run or exercise ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When you run, exercise, panic or run out of breath.
if you are currently on a regular exercise regime then your heart rate can gradually be lowered but this will take a great amount of time and the training regime will need to be progressed and become harder. Lance Armstrong has won the tour de France 7 times running and his resting heart rate is 28! the average is 77!
A seven month old baby whose heart rate drops to 35 beats per minute could have a problem in the conduction system of the heart. If the heart rate came back up by itself it may not be a problem. In a hospital setting if the heart rate of an infant drops below 60 beats per minute and does not come up oxygen is administered and chest compressions are initiated.
A normal heartbeat of a fetus at 6-7 weeks would be 90-110 beats per minute.
It depends. If its that high for weeks then it's a pretty serious thing. If its that high for an hour or two then you deffinetly won't die put should still go see a doc, especially if your worried about it.
It depeneds but it definatley decreases because you are relaxed and you have a steady heart beat.
