Yes, bed bugs, springtails, silverfish, firebrats...there are many.
they move in a fast way then they stop then they go then they stop so they move how they want to.
Sounds like Silverfish or firebrats is another term as used to be found under hearths, live in the spaces between grout lines. Very difficult to be rid of but don't seem to cause harm
You're most likely looking at a silverfish or a firebrat. Silverfish and firebrats eat a wide variety of foods, including glue, wallpaper paste, bookbindings, paper, photographs, starch in clothing, cotton, linen, rayon fabrics, wheat flour, cereals, dried meats, leather and even dead insects. Silverfish often live in damp, cool places such as basements and laundry rooms. Sometimes, they are found in a bathtub, sink or washbasin, unable to climb out. Firebrats live in hot, humid places such as attics in summer and near furnaces, fireplaces and heat pipes in winter. You can kill them with strategically placed pheromone traps, putting pesticide into wall voids via holes behind your light switches. Putting insecticides or pesticides near cracks, at the bottom of bathroom walls, and the like works good as well.

Flying insects are one of three members of a group known as hexapoda (literally, six walking appendages). True winged insects do have wings as adults. Every one of them. Two pairs of them, in fact. Sometimes the top pair hardens and becomes a protective shell for the insect and the lower pair of wings (beetles), sometimes the lower pair becomes nothing more than a vestigial, and is only used to stabilise flight (bees and some flies), sometimes both pairs of wings are developed for warning against predators and for courtship displays (butterflies and moths). A class called parainsecta (of which silverfish and firebrats are members) has all the characteristics of flying insects apart from the wings. The question of whether an animal has wings or not is entirely down to evolutionary necessity.

Complete metamorphosis is a 4 stage process from egg, larva, pupa and adult. The young or larva rarely resemble the adult and times for completion can range widely. Butterflies, beetles, fleas all have complete metamorphosis as example.Incomplete is 3 stages from egg, nymph and adult. The young nymphs do look like the adult and simply molt as the grow until full size. Silverfish, firebrats, grasshoppers are examples of incomplete metamorphosis.
