Well it depends on the year, however most common are "inhibitor switch" which is on top of the trans under the cooling hoses, American cars call then selector switchs or PRNDL switches, they kind of look the same. ALso they have problems with sensors
inside the trans, some years you can replace them other times replace/overhaul the trans.

Level plug is located on the bottom of the transmission, next to the selector cable. Use 5mm Alen wrench to remove it, and fill the trasmission fluid till it's start dripping from the level plug. BE CAREFULL WHEN LOCATING LEVEL PLUG, WILL DAMAGE THE TRANSMISSION IF REMOVE THE "WRONG" BOLT.
