Organelles. They are like any living part of the cell. Organelles such as the mitochondrion, the vacuole, and the cytoplasm, things like that.
Cellular respiration.
When a cell takes in large amounts of materials, the process is called endocytosis. This mechanism allows the cell membrane to engulf extracellular substances, forming a vesicle that brings the materials into the cell. Endocytosis can be further categorized into phagocytosis (cell eating) and pinocytosis (cell drinking), depending on the type of material being internalized.
The term defined as all the living material inside the cell is called cytoplasm. It includes the organelles, cytosol, and other components of the cell that are essential for its growth and function.
Living cells maintain internal conditions necessary for survival by controlling the materials that enter and leave the cell. This process, known as cellular homeostasis, helps regulate the concentration of nutrients, ions, and waste products inside the cell to ensure proper functioning and overall health.

cell membrane
The function of the vacuole is for transporting & storing materials inside the cell. It allows materials to enter & exit the cell.
