Nothing different, in fact it is the individual personality traits that presents a character and behavior of a person rather than religion, though certainly there are some influences from the culture, tradition and society one is born and brought up in.

because the holy book is like a living guru for the Sikhs because the holy book is like a living guru for the Sikhs
Sikhs are individuals like everybody else. Some has allergies and others don't. There are no allergies specific to all Sikhs.
well its required more for men but if women want to they can wear it but as i said it is required more from men so does that answer your question
Sikhs don't really have special jobs they just have jobs in normal stores like Asda or Tesco or any shop or newsagent
They learn like everyone else
Sikhs think that Guru Nanak's teaching is extremely important. This is because he saw God and created Sikhism, he must have known all about Sikhism (because he created it). Most Sikhs look up to him and admire him. I think that Guru Nanak must have been very inspirational! Also all Sikhs should look up to him as he seems like he will have been an exceptional leader/teacher.
In my opinion Sikhs are cool because in Sikhism there is NO caste system and Sikhs live naturally without cutting their hair and keeping clean.
Sikhs do not actually have Baptism as Baptism is a Christian term. Sikhs (if they choose to be as adults) are initiated into the Khalsa Sikhs which is a ceremony known as Amrit. During Amrit a Sikh drinks a holy sugared water from a steel bowl. From this time they must adhere to the 5'ks. Kachh, Kangah, Kara, Kesh and Kirpan. Initiation is available to both Men and Women.
It's one of the 5 k's so they have to carry it around. Answer 2. Sikhs who keep long hair and beard in the case of men, keeps a comb with them as it help them keep their hair intact and having a comb is one if the 5 requirement for baptized Sikhs for the same reason.
Sikhs have gurudawaras
