A small person can ride the smallest of ponies, and the biggest of horses. A tall person usually limited to the horses. Great to be small if your in a pony club race or showjumping, you can ride the pony, they are more nimble, thus can coordinate round corners etc smaller and tighter, saving u time against the clock.
