If you're speaking of the House Mouse, beside humans being their greatest enemies, it's mostly pet cats and some (parasitic) insects.
In wild, since different breeds of mice can live in a wide variety of climates, depending on the location and because of their low ranking in the food chain, it's mostly predatory birds followed by small mammals (other rodents, ferrets) and large insects and Spiders.
