The differences I know so far, is that there are going to be a couple new pokemon. I think the names of them are Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect. They are also bringing back some pokemon from older regions. Thats all I know so far. :D

You start your game and get 1 starter then trade it. Then start the game again and pick a different starter. Do the same until you get all of the starters from Pokemon black and white.
It all depends on your opinion. For me, I have Pokemon HeartGold and Pokemon White, and the graphics in HG are WAY better. White version is too pixel-y for me. Although, if you get Pokemon B or W, you can get all of the Pokemon up to the Unova region, while HG's Pokedex can only get up to Sinnoh. Another thing is, Pokemon White and Black can only trade with each other. I think that's pretty lame.
