Humanist: 1 who believes Human values & interests dominate over religious beliefs. Nihilist: 1 who rejects all religion, laws, & institutions.

There is no organisational structure to non-religion. However, those who believe there is no God (or gods), or who believe that it is impossible to prove the existence of God, are generally known as atheists. Those who say they do not know whether God exists are generally known as agnostics.
